I'm Grant Alexander, the co-founder of Alumni Exteriors, and I bring a passion for helping others and a wealth of experience to my role in the roofing industry.
For the past 7 years, I've dedicated myself as a roofing contractor, playing a crucial role in building Alumni Exteriors into a company that stands for excellence in roofing solutions. My expertise isn't limited to roofing; I've helped numerous clients successfully navigate insurance claims, ensuring their roofing, gutter, window, fence, and even interior repair needs are met with utmost precision and care.
My professional path has been diverse. Before diving into roofing, I spent 4 years as a strength coach and personal trainer, focusing on enhancing the health and well-being of my clients. This followed a 6-year journey in the physician staffing business, where I developed my leadership skills and eventually became the Vice President of the West Coast division.
Outside of work, I find my greatest joy and fulfillment in my personal life. I've been happily married to my wonderful wife, Misty, since 2011, and am a proud father to two boys, Nolan and Jacob. Balancing a successful career with a deep commitment to my family showcases my ability to manage diverse responsibilities with ease and grace.
My interests extend beyond the confines of my professional life. I'm passionate about staying fit, leveraging my background in fitness, and enjoy cooking, golfing, traveling, and hiking. These activities underline my holistic view of life, where physical and mental well-being are paramount.
At my core, I believe in being a guide and coach to others. Throughout my career, I've been committed to assisting people in reaching their goals and fulfilling their desires. Whether it's in the gym, at work, or in personal endeavors, my dedication to excellence and genuine concern for others underscore my leadership and make me a person worth following. -

I like to consider myself a dynamic individual whose life journey has been marked by diverse experiences and a passion for both education and the great outdoors. After graduating from the Harvard of the South (Univ. of North Texas) I began my career with a decade-long commitment to parks and recreation, where I honed an appreciation for community engagement.
Transitioning seamlessly into the field of education, I dedicated the next ten years of my life to shaping young minds as a teacher and coach. My academic background coupled with hands-on experience enriched my approach to education, leaving a lasting impact on both students and colleagues.
After 3 years in the construction industry, I am now embarking on a new venture as the co-founder of a roofing company. What sets this endeavor apart is its unique mission to give back to educators. With a vision that aligns business success with social responsibility, Alumni Exteriors aims to support and uplift the educational community.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I pride myself on being a family man. I have two beautiful children who bring me joy and inspiration. My love for fitness and the outdoors is evident in my lifestyle, and I find solace and motivation in activities that promote a healthy and active lifestyle.
My journey is a testament to the power of discipline, hard work, and a commitment to making a positive impact on both professional and personal fronts. -

Greetings! I'm Nic Beavers, Senior Project Manager at Alumni Roofing & Exteriors, a company whose focus is redefining and revolutionizing the roofing and construction industry by focusing on education and giving back to our communities.
I’m a native Texan, local to Dallas-Fort Worth and have always had a deep-rooted connection to my community. I graduated from Irving High School in 2003, then attended The University of Texas where I graduated with a degree in Sport Management and American Studies. It was during my time at UT that I cultivated a passion for learning, teaching, sports and people, which ultimately led me to a fulfilling career in teaching and coaching.
For 13 years, I dedicated myself to education as a Special Education teacher and Coach in Irving ISD and Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD. I poured my heart and soul into not just educating, but also mentoring through various sports including baseball, football, soccer, basketball, and track. My coaching tenure culminated in two successful stints as Head Baseball Coach at RL Turner High School and MacArthur High School.
While I cherished my time in education, I realized that balancing the demands of coaching and teaching with my growing family was becoming increasingly challenging. In 2022, I made the pivotal decision to transition into another profession that would allow me to prioritize quality time with my family. I still get to fulfill my passion of coaching, this time with my own children’s youth teams and homeowners navigating the daunting task of construction and replacing their roof!
I’m enthusiastic about combining Alumni Roofing & Exteriors mission of giving back to communities and schools through the roofing and construction, with my own. As a former Teacher and Coach, I understand the trials and rigors faced in education and I am thrilled to serve this need through a career in construction.
As Senior Project Manager, I promise to bring a coaching and teaching mindset to the roofing world, ensuring that every project is approached with integrity, accountability, and a focus on building lasting relationships. -
